The Banchory Lodge Hotel

Lower Dess Estate

The Lower Dess estate lies in Royal Deeside on the North side of the river Dee with uninterrupted views over the valley to the Forest of Birse. The estate enjoys a very private and secluded position in a totally unspoilt rural setting and yet is close to Aberdeen.

A truly luxurious 10 double bedroom, 10 ensuite bathroom, bed & breakfast Lodge which offers top-end accommodation for guests. The Lodge is fully staffed.

With the following restrictions: Fairway Mats, No Buggies, Trolleys only with winter wheels and Temporary Greens. Course open except for winter holes 4,5 and 10. There is still patches of ice on fairways but the rest of the course is playable. Please take care out there and AVOID ALL ICY PATCHES.
